Green Breakfast Smoothie

This is an energizing way to start your day. Every ingredient is packed with numerous benefits of its own and can be substituted with other fruits or veggies of your preference.




Ingredients

  • 1 handful roughly chopped spinach
  • 1 handful chopped celery
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 apple diced
  • 1 kiwi peeled and sliced
  • 1 orange peeled and sliced
  • 1 handful frozen pineapple
  • 1 tbsp. chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp. moringa
  • 1 bunch of mint leaves
  • ¼ cup coconut water
  • Juice of 1 lemon

Directions

  1. Put in the lemon juice, chopped spinach, celery and moringa and water and blend till smooth.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend to your desired consistency, put in a glass or jar and enjoy!

Note: Any excess smoothie ingredients can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days
